Opening speech at G Element’s Inaugural Seminar
We are proud to launch G Element’s first seminar series: Applying Digital Twin Technology For Smart Building and Cities. The seminar is designed with the intention to bring the latest product and market updates from G Element and eco-partners to our entire chain of ecosystem partners.
For this first stop event, we have invited five eco-partners, namely gridComm, Hiverlab, Avetics, Vi Dimension and Aptiv8 to showcase their smart building/city solutions and share their invaluable experiences and insights.
A big thank you to all our partners, consultants, system integrator and end-users who took time to attend the seminar. Do look forward to our next seminar in July!

The session touches mainly on the three following topics:
• Identifying the key components and ways on how eco-partnership can help to make building and cities smarter
• Examining how Digital Twin technology can be implemented for cities with real project references
• Applying the concept of Digital Twins for commercial buildings

During the event, our business development manager Mr. Lawrence Yeung was invited on stage to share how NUCLEUS integrated with Intel Azure and ADLink IoT sensors can be deployed in industrial markets to help industries monitor various aspects of their factories, such as production line, production environment, building management systems and even security.

Chongqing, China, August 23 2018 – The first Smart China Expo 2018 was held at the Chongqing International Expo Center, China. During the signing ceremony for major projects held on the first day of the Smart China Expo, G Element signed a cooperation agreement for the “China-Singapore Digital City Industry Alliance”. Twenty guests from national ministries, foreign governments, brother provinces and cities, well-known enterprises and the Chongqing Municipal Government witnessed the signing of the project.

The showcase comprises of a kiosk and ipad touchscreen solution, which allows viewers (public, investors and clientele) to interact and learn more on Ascendas Singbridge’s development project, the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.

Using “Layer cake styled” 2D model and adaptors which supports Milestone CCTV integration, NUCLEUS package solution enables integration of video solutions with other technologies such as RFID tracking, building management system, customized video analytics, incident reporting etc., to provide buildings and cities improved situational awareness and increased security.
