G Element hosted our July 2025 workshop on Building Smarter Spaces: Unlocking The Power of Digital Twin Technology with Senfi at BeyondX Lab!
We have received overwhelming responses for this workshop and we thank all the attendees for their strong interest and participation in the workshop. Participants from diverse industries explored the real-world applications and potential of digital twin technology, and learned how G Element’s Digital Twin platform, including its 5th generation – Senfi, improves operational efficiency, sustainability, and decision-making with predictive analytics in the built environment.

Workshop highlights include a sharing on G Element’s Digital Twin business model partnerships, the Digital Twin Technology (definitions, levels of maturity, role played by a Digital Twin in the evolution of Facility Management, clarifications regarding the common misconceptions about digital twins, etc.). Attendees also learned about the existing and upcoming product features of Senfi, and the various market verticals in which G Element’s Digital Twin were deployed as a powerful tool in building smarter and more sustainable spaces. Additionally, success stories of G Element’s partners and the collaboration pathways for strategic partnership opportunities within the Senfi ecosystem were explored during the workshop.

Singapore, 15 July 2025 – G Element Pte Ltd and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen their collaboration through joint research initiatives in the areas of digital twin technology, advanced analytics and signalling/sensor systems.
The parties will also collaborate in knowledge sharing and educational programmes, industry support for talent development and academic excellence, pilot projects, and training modules, including a focus on digital twin innovation at SUTD.
This strategic partnership marks a significant milestone in G Element’s innovation journey in developing and delivering smart building and smart city solutions aimed at meeting current and future societal challenges. This is achieved by integrating academic research and training with industry expertise.
SUTD’s Head of Pillar (Engineering Systems and Design) and Director (Aviation Studies Institute, ASI), Professor Rakesh Nagi said, “In an increasingly digital world, there is a pressing need for digital twins that can mirror physical systems for modelling, representation, design/operational improvements, optimisation, and simulation of ‘what-if’ scenarios. The partnership between SUTD and G Element will ensure our students remain closely and deeply conversant with development and use of digital twins in the leading industry. Simultaneously, we hope to bring new knowledge and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning methods to the higher levels of digital twins for G Element.”
