G Element hosted our June 2025 workshop on Building Smarter Spaces: Unlocking The Power of Digital Twin Technology with Senfi at BeyondX, featuring two groups of attendees from the AM and PM sessions respectively.
Attendees learned how G Element’s Digital Twin platform, from its launch till its current 5th generation – Senfi, has been enhancing efficiency, sustainability, and decision-making using predictive analytics in the built environment.

Workshop highlights include a sharing on G Element’s Digital Twin business model partnerships, the Digital Twin Technology (definitions, levels of maturity, role played by a Digital Twin in the evolution of Facility Management, common misconceptions about digital twins and clarifications regarding those misconceptions, etc.). Attendees also learned about the existing and upcoming product features of Senfi, and the various market verticals in which G Element’s Digital Twin were deployed as a powerful tool in unlocking operational efficiency and enhancing sustainability. Additionally, collaboration pathways for strategic partnership opportunities within the Senfi ecosystem were explored during the workshop.
We are privileged to have our guest speaker from National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) at the workshop to share information and insights on NTUC’s Company Training Committee (CTC) Grant, which supports companies in funding their business transformation by enhancing their core capabilities, innovation and/or productivity.*
